As General Counsel, Peter Grantz is primarily responsible for contract management, intellectual property matters, licensing agreements, and insurance for all Crain Communications’ offices worldwide. In addition, he is director of taxes for »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿, responsible for management of the income, property, and sales tax obligations of the company. He currently serves on the publisher advisory committee of the Copyright Clearance Center and has professional affiliations with the State Bar of Michigan and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
